I happened to read the newspaper of other countries recently and I was really shocked to see so may cases being filed against the two famous cool drinks brand of America. Yes, the Pepsi and coca cola are facing a serious threats in developing countries as they were charged for "low quality" cola production. Also they have been accused for following double standards. The government of those countries tested the drinks of their country and cross verified it with the test result obtained from the labs of US countries.
It has been clearly proved that they are of different standards. But the companies refuse to accept this, gave an open invitation to all it's consumers to the premises of their factory and check themselves the quality of their production unit. The court unable to decide on the issue due to insufficiency in the facts have adjourned. Though no legal action had been taken against the companies, they are suffering a lot of downfall especially in those kind of counties where the target audience is so large. They cannot survive such a huge loss. The management is taking severe action to restore the reliance of it's customer base. Though their probability of success seems meek.
